We are committed to processing all payouts within 24 business hours. If we fail to meet this timeframe due to a delay on our end, you will receive an additional 10% profit share on that payout as part of our payout guarantee.

During weekends and bank holidays, processing times may be slightly extended due to limited banking operations and reduced staff availability.
